It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
If you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase or it arrives damaged, you can return the product for store credit or exchange the product for another one, if the items are still in stock. Please keep the receipt and present it at the time of refund. ALL REFUNDS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. No cash refunds will be given.
We CANNOT exchange wine, it is the law.
ALL wine orders MUST pay PA sales tax of 6.0%
An ADULT signature (21 years of age or older) is required at delivery. A valid form of ID must be provided. Shipping will not be refunded for wines returned to the winery.
The Winery at Wilcox cannot control the delivery time frame, especially to vacation addresses in Florida.
ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL may be brought onto or consumed on the winery premises.
Failure to follow these rules will cause you to be asked to leave.
Outside food is permitted at the winery unless there is a food truck on site. Exceptions to this are meats, cheeses, crackers, chips and soda. If we sell it, don’t bring it.
Reservations are ALWAYS highly encouraged for tastings. We cannot take table reservations via Facebook, the website (except for special events) or by leaving a message. ALL tastings/sampling are done AT a table, not at the bar, so that you can enjoy the wines at your leisure. Special accommodations can be made for larger groups. Please call Jamie Lynn in Wilcox, for available seating for larger parties.
Friendly pets ARE allowed at the winery but must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pets.
ALL events are pre-paid and tickets are non-refundable. Please be aware of this when purchasing your tickets.
ALL tickets MUST be purchased directly from the winery, NOT via a 3rd party. Tickets are transferable ONLY with verification from the winery and the reservation change must STILL be called in to the winery. NO exceptions.
