Our Wines

Rich in tannins, with flavor ranging from tobacco leaf to cherries, with a hint of black pepper.

Aged for 15 months in American Oak, This 2019 Cabernet Franc possesses smooth rounded tannins along with prominent notes of oak, vanilla, blackcurrant, and briar fruit. More fruit forward than typical, It pairs well with smoked turkey and wild game. Should be aged for 3to 4 years to fully express its full potential.

Bursting with fresh, tart cherry and blueberry aroma, supported by soft tannins.

Crisp and refreshing with notes of peach and pineapples on the nose and on the tongue.

This french varietal is crisp, with a delicate suggestion of citrus on the palate.

Fermented in stainless steel, with no trace of oak.

Soft on the palate with a light fruit and floral nose.

This Rose’ is made of 100% Cabernet Franc.  It has hints of strawberry and cherry on the nose. Subtle tannins compliment a delicate fruitiness. A perfect accompaniment to sharp cheeses and seafood.

This German style Riesling has hints of citrus and nectar on the nose, giving way to taste of melon and honey. Pairs well with fresh fruit and cheese platters. Best served chilled at 45 degrees.

Elk Country Red is a “Chianti” style red with a touch of residual sugar and no oak. This medium to light bodied red is a blend of Chambourcin and chancellor grapes. Pairs great with pasta and red sauces, as well as pork and beef. Best served at room temperature.

A semi dry offering – This wine, made with the Cayuga grape, is crisp and lean with a pronounced citrus nose. Will complement a wide array of foods, most notably pasta with white sauces, sea foods, and foul. Best Served chilled.

A semi-dry white wine that will pair well with a wide range of food items. The bouquet has hints of ripe citrus fruit and heavy spice. Just enough sweetness to balance the acidic nature of the grape and to bring out the crisp lemon finish. Enjoy slightly chilled or at room temperature.

Great on its own or heated with sugar & spices as a mulled wine!

Fruity and floral on the nose, this wine is delightfully different.  Made with grapes picked in our own Vineyard at The Winery at Hunters Valley in Liverpool, PA. Serve chilled at a brisk 45 degrees.

A semi-sweet blend of Concord and Catawba grapes. This wine is named for the local road that connects Wilcox to the East Branch Dam.

This is a sweet and fruity red made with 100% Concord grapes. This sweet wine is like grape juice with a kick! Best served chilled.

A blend of white and red hybrid grapes that finishes off slightly sweet and has a delicate pink color. Comparable to a White Zinfandel.

A sweet, tart, and fruity white wine made from Catawba grapes. Can be drank at dinner or with cheese and crackers. This wine was served at the weddings of Mike and Carol’s daughter and niece. The Winery at Wilcox’s most popular wine. Clarion River Red is a sweet blend of Concord and Niagara grapes that is the ultimate party wine. With a devoted fan base, Clarion River Red has truly taken on a life of its own. Best served chilled. Clarion River Red is available in 1.5 Liter bottles at all Fine Wines and Good Spirits stores in PA. *Keep in mind that 1.5 Liter bottles are not available to ship.

Made from Niagara grapes, this is a sweet and fruity offering. If you close your eyes you would swear you were biting into a grape. Not pretentious, just packed with grape flavor. Best served chilled.

Soft and rich in aroma, peach mist is made from 100% well ripened peaches (NO added color or flavoring). This refreshing bubbly wine can be enjoyed by itself or with fresh fruit. Served with orange juice, it makes the perfect Mimosa. Always serve chilled.

Everyone’s favorite gone bubbly! Clarion River Rapids is the sparkling version of Clarion River Red. Pairs well with rich chocolate, strawberries, and peanut butter. Always served chilled.

Made in a very non-traditional way, this 100% Chambourcin port comes to you fermented (not Fortified)! With lingering hints of rich ripe berries, tobacco and licorice to taste.

An American Riesling that has been sweetened with honey to enhance the citrus and floral characteristics. A light, refreshing twist on our more traditional Riesling. It’s certainly something to buzz about!
